TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any of the Terms, please contact Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism Ltd (GORRT) via info@gort.com.au

Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

  1. PAYMENT AND PRICING

    Prices for products are quoted on our website in AUD
    Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
    The prices on the website include all GST (where applicable).
    Payment for all products purchased on this site must be made by a valid credit card or debit card. We can not view and have no access to data on your card.
    Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.

  2. WEBSITE AND PAYMENT SECURITY

    All information is transmitted via a certified encrypted connection. We begin to process your order upon authorisation of the transaction.

  3. INVOICE

    Shortly after submitting your order, you will be notified about your purchase via email from our email address accounts@gort.com.au. You will always receive a receipt once your order is processed.

  4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    DIGITAL: Any cancellations must be given in writing to accounts@gort.com.au . Once notification has been received, any listings that have been published as a result of the order that is being refunded will be immediately unpublished. If you do cancel, you may qualify for a refund for the unexpired portion of the listing period.

    PRINT: Any cancellations must be given in writing to accounts@gort.com.au Once final proof approval is given by the advertiser on any GORRT print collateral, is it assumed that the ad is correct and the sale will be binding. NO cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this.

    REFUNDS: Once cancellation notification is received in writing, any refund that maybe due will be processed according to the day we receive notice. However, it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card or bank account. Each credit card and bank company handles refunds differently so we can not give precise times on when you will get your refund. We will always refund your order using the same payment method as you have used placing the order.

  5. GENERAL

    PRINT BOOKINGS: No order is confirmed until paid for. No monies will be refunded for cancellations once final proof approval is given by the advertiser.

    SPECIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

    QUALITY: In order to preserve the quality of our websites and print publications, we reserve the right to refuse bookings, sub standard images, text or other artwork supplied.

    ACCURACY: Advertisers must accept full responsibility for information supplied and verify any claims of accreditation., memberships or affiliations.

    DIGITAL LISTINGS: After your order has been placed, you will be contacted by a GORRT representative who will send you a form to fill out so we can add your listing onto the appropriate website(s) that you have purchased. We will also ask you to supply high resolution images with your returned form.

    Alternatively, website profile listings can be created online through ATDW online if an ADTW listing has been purchased (https://www.atdw-online.com.au/) After your payment has been processed, you will receive a unique code and instructions of how to do this.

    PRINT COPY, IMAGES, SUPPLIED PDF’s: All supplied copy must allow for our designer to alter to fit the template design. All copy must be supplied to our designer in editable digital format. Any images must be a photgraph and to be a minimum of 300dpi (.tiff or .jpeg files)

    CUSTOM ARTWORK: Half and full page advertisements may provide customer artwork to our designer as per the artwork specifications.

    PROOFS: It is the responsibility of the advertiser to respond to proof approvals promptly. The proof must be returned within 3 days of receipt with changes or approval. If the proof is not returned within 3 days we will assume that the ad is correct and the ad will be published.

    IMAGES: We reserve the right to use any images supplied to us for reproduction to promote the publication or in any editorial within the publication unless notified in writing of copyright restrictions.

  6. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY POLICY

    Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism Limited does not collect, store, or share personal or payment information, except those necessary to process your order. We will not give away, sell, or trade your personal information. You can request all your personal data removal here: info@gort.com.au
